In case of not getting satisfied with the verdict of the District Forum, a consumer can appeal within 30 days to the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and if the verdict of State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission is also not satisfactory then the consumer can make an appeal to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission within a period of 30 days.
